Shipping policy

 

We currently offer various shipping methods to destinations within the United States.

Please keep in mind, all orders require 1-2 business days of processing time before it leaves our warehouse.  Also note the estimated transit time for delivery of your package that is displayed at checkout is an estimate, which is not guaranteed.  Delays in transit times can occur due to, for example, issues with the delivery address and/or unforeseen/uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather conditions.  However, transit times are typically 2-5 days.

If your package is marked as delivered but has "not been received," please attempt to further locate your package and/or contact the carrier for appropriate investigation steps as we are not able to locate lost packages once it leaves our warehouse.  If you or the carrier are still unable to locate your package, please reach out to testimonythreads@gmail.com.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has shipped.  Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.

Product Availability

If an item you're interested in is out of stock, feel free to reach out to us at testimonythreads@gmail.com for an estimated availability date and we'll follow-up with you once the item is back in stock.
